This is a ZEV PRO Match Barrel, threaded for suppressor or compensator attachment. Machined from 416R stainless steel and finished with ZEV’s proprietary PRO coating for durability and corrosion resistance.
The barrel features 1/2×28 threading, standard for most muzzle devices. The match-grade chambering provides improved accuracy over factory barrels, with tighter tolerances for consistent lockup.
Designed specifically for Gen 3 Glock 19 pistols. Will not fit Gen 4 or Gen 5 models without modification. The threading is cut to proper depth for secure attachment of muzzle devices.
Like all threaded barrels, proper thread alignment should be verified when installing muzzle devices. The PRO finish is wear-resistant but will show holster wear over time on the exposed areas.

Fitted this to a Gen 3 Glock 19 with noticeable slide wear—barrel hood required slight hand-fitting, about 0.003" taken off the left side for smooth lockup. Threads are clean, but the nitride finish is a shade darker than factory Glock slides, noticeable under direct light. Noticed the chamber support is slightly more pronounced than OEM, which may affect reloads with certain brass.
Tested: 3900 rounds bench-cycled. Pocket tolerance measured: within 0.0003″ on this batch. Weight (actual): 21.3 oz on shop scale. Units shipped from Las Vegas in May 2026: 140.
