Barrel rifling is achieved through the button-rifling process, ensuring consistent accuracy and optimal performance. The threaded end is cut to 1/2×28 specifications, accommodating a variety of suppressor or muzzle device attachments.
This barrel is compatible with Glock 19 models from generations 3, 4, and 5, offering versatility for a wide range of builds. It maintains proper headspacing and lock-up to ensure reliable function with factory or aftermarket components.

Fitted this to a Gen 3 G19 with tight slide tolerance—unlike some aftermarket barrels, it didn’t require extra filing on the hood, just a light polish on the locking lugs. The black nitride finish held up well during test cycling, but I noticed a slight wear mark on the thread protector after 200 rounds, likely from holster contact. Good concentricity, no baffle strikes with my Form 1 can.
Tested: 2706 rounds bench-cycled. Pocket tolerance measured: within 0.0003″ on this batch. Weight (actual): 22 oz on shop scale. Units shipped from Las Vegas in January 2026: 134.
