Observed tighter-than-usual slide-to-frame fit on Gen 3 Glocks, requiring light honing for smooth cycling. The nitride finish on the barrel exhibited a faint matte texture, distinct from the standard gloss nitride found on OEM parts. Thread protector threads were cut cleanly, but slightly oversized, snugging up with minimal rotation.
Tested: 2133 rounds bench-cycled. Pocket tolerance measured: within 0.0004″ on this batch. Weight (actual): 7.1 oz on shop scale. Units shipped from Las Vegas in April 2026: 118.
