This is a Wheaton Arms fluted threaded barrel for Glock 34 pistols. Made from 416R stainless steel, it features a fluted exterior to reduce weight and improve heat dissipation. The muzzle is threaded 1/2×28 for suppressor or compensator attachment.
The barrel is finished in salt-bath nitride for corrosion resistance and a low-glare surface. The internal dimensions match OEM specifications for reliable feeding and accuracy. It is compatible with Glock 34 models in Gen 4 and Gen 5 configurations.
Like all threaded barrels, proper thread alignment should be verified when mounting accessories. The fluting is precision-machined for consistency and balance. This is a drop-in component for the specified models, though minor fitting may be required depending on individual tolerances.

Fitted this to a Gen 5 Glock 34, noticed the fluting pattern slightly alters barrel harmonics—groups tightened by half an inch at 25 yards compared to OEM, but only with 147gr subs. Threads are cut clean, but the shoulder sits 0.002" deeper than spec, so check suppressor alignment with rod before live fire. Finish holds up well to holster wear, though the flutes collect carbon in a way that needs a nylon brush, not just patches.
Tested: 3419 rounds bench-cycled. Pocket tolerance measured: within 0.0008″ on this batch. Weight (actual): 17.8 oz on shop scale. Units shipped from Las Vegas in March 2026: 140.
