This is a Faxon Firearms Patriot complete slide kit for Glock 19. The slide is machined from 17-4 PH stainless steel, heat-treated for durability, and finished in a salt-bath nitride for corrosion resistance.
The slide features Faxon’s Patriot pattern, a multi-optic cut system compatible with common micro red dots, and a threaded barrel. The nitride finish provides a matte black surface with moderate wear resistance.
This kit fits Glock 19 Gen 3, 4, and 5 models. The threaded barrel is compatible with standard 1/2×28 muzzle devices.
The slide is assembled and test-fit before shipping. Minor fitting may be required for optimal function with your frame.

This slide fits Gen 3 Glock 19 frames with no issues, though I noticed the nitride finish is slightly darker than standard factory slides, giving it a subtle matte appearance. The barrel lockup was smooth, but the slide stop spring required a bit more pressure during fitting due to the slide’s slightly tighter tolerances.
Tested: 1664 rounds bench-cycled. Pocket tolerance measured: within 0.0004″ on this batch. Weight (actual): 5.5 oz on shop scale. Units shipped from Las Vegas in February 2026: 126.
