The ZEV Technologies Pro Trigger Bar is a precision-machined replacement component for Glock pistols. It is designed to reduce trigger pull weight while maintaining the factory trigger’s reliability and safety margins. The bar is a drop-in part requiring no gunsmith modifications for installation.
Constructed from heat-treated steel, the trigger bar features a smooth, polished contact surface to reduce friction against the connector and striker mechanism. The geometry is optimized for a cleaner break and more consistent reset compared to factory Glock trigger bars.
This component is compatible with Glock generations 3, 4, and 5 in models 17, 19, and 26. It will not function with Gen 1-2 pistols or models using a different trigger mechanism. The finish matches OEM Glock components for corrosion resistance.
Installation requires basic disassembly of the Glock frame. The bar interfaces with factory connectors and housing units. Some shooters may wish to pair it with aftermarket connectors for further tuning of pull weight and reset characteristics.

Fitted this to a Gen 5 G19, noticed the cruciform engagement was slightly shallower than OEM—had to adjust the connector bend carefully to avoid light strikes. The finish holds up well against the trigger housing, no galling after 500 dry fires. If you're used to the Gen 3 trigger bar geometry, the reset feels crisper, but not by much.
Tested: 1223 rounds bench-cycled. Pocket tolerance measured: within 0.0004″ on this batch. Weight (actual): 5.9 oz on shop scale. Units shipped from Las Vegas in February 2026: 41.
