Shipping & order timeline
Complete kits
11–15 business days from spec sheet sign-off to ship date. Each slide is test-fired before packing. Ships via UPS Ground (insured, adult signature). Stripped slides may ship directly to you — completed kits with barrels and recoil assemblies are still considered firearm parts (no FFL required, but no PO boxes, no APO/FPO addresses).
Stripped slides
5–8 business days from order. No FFL required. Will not ship to NJ, NY, MA, HI.
Shipping cost
Flat $24 to anywhere in the lower 48. International on request — case by case, expect 4–6 weeks of customs paperwork for the EU and a separate quote.
Returns
Custom-cut slides cannot be returned. Stripped slides without optic cut: 30-day return window, 15% restocking fee. Refinishing services: no returns. I will re-do a finish at no charge if the issue is mine; you pay shipping if you want a different color than what you ordered.
